I thought I had pulled my calf muscle 1 mile into a 22 mile backpacking trip (luckily it got better after another couple of miles) and that’s when i realized I needed to stretch more because I wasn’t getting any younger. But Bend has been a lifesaver. I originally downloaded it to start getting back into shape, then I showed my physical therapist and downloaded the full version to help with my injury at home. So, so good. I can't say thank you enough!

The cure for my back pain
I downloaded Bend and it was definitely the cure for my lower back injury. I was down for about two weeks and I started using the application and within about three weeks. I felt so much better after following a daily stretch routine and slowly getting myself back to normal.

Prefect timing
I have been suffering with shoulder, hip, and and feet pain. This app popped up right at the perfect time. When i needed it. Thanks i’m going to try my best to keep this up and hopefully not have to resort to some form of pain pills. Thanks again.

Why I love Bend
I use this at least once a day. Sometimes two or three times. It's the first thing I do in the morning. I use it to stretch after I exercise. Some days I use posture reset during work. Easy to do stretches. Keeps you on track. Feel great afterwards.

Simple approach to movement
I am not particularly athletic, but I am on my feet and moving every day all day. It's catalog of prepared sequences plus the ability to modify those or create your own to target areas seems great. I'm actually using it 4 to 5 times a week, which is huge since other health help based apps get used 4 to 5 times a month or year in some cases.

Great Price
Sometimes I just need a quick 5 minutes in the morning or after a long car drive to loosen up. It's wonderful to not have to be connected to wifi to access the program, so I can do yoga anywhere and keep my streak when not connected to the Internet.

Life-Changing!
I had ACL surgery three months ago. The first day I tried our Bend I did the short 5 minute stretch. I immediately felt a difference! I have been aiming for at least 20 minutes of stretching a day and it has definitely improved my mobility.

Comprehensive stretching app with minimalist design and aesthetic. Love the illustrations and they are much better than having a video instructor yell the same thing at you everyday! I recommend Bend to all my friends.

Great app
Stretching or bending isn’t something I prioritized or even did much of throughout my life. Now in my forties, after years of playing sports and still continuing to do so, my body has accumulated injuries and it’s living with pain, so I decided to listen to it and my PT and invested in this app.

User Friendly
It’s a great concept and I love the function and design of the app. Really aesthetically pleasing and the design is pretty user friendly. I also like having the ability to find diagrams and explanations for each pose.

I usually don't leave reviews but this app has shown me it's value. I use it every day. The UI is beautiful and it's very straight forward and easy to use. I've used various stretching apps and this is by far the best I've seen.

What I love about Bend is that it’s easy to use and has a simple interface without too many distracting features, it has detailed instructions if I need them, and has a tracking system that keeps me accountable.

Great beginner app
Some complain about simplicity but I have found it refreshing. I don’t wish philosophical or physiological advice. I simply want a routine setup for me to maximize flexibility. I am happy with improving range of motion and ease of movement. If you looking for Pelaton Yoga, this isn’t it.
